About these terms
Prime Clinical Services Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number [COMPANY NUMBER], with its registered office at [REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS].
These terms apply to use of our website. Please read them before using it. If you do not accept them, do not use the website. For questions contact [BUSINESS CONTACT] or call 07401 222 771. Separate written agreements govern commissioned services; these website terms do not replace those agreements.
Website information is not clinical advice
Our website describes pharmacist-led medicines optimisation support for organisations and provides general professional information. It is not patient-specific medical advice, a prescription, an emergency service or a substitute for professional clinical judgement. Do not make individual treatment decisions solely on website content. Patients should contact their own healthcare professional; in an emergency call 999.
We aim to keep information accurate and current but guidance, funding and service availability can change. Check relevant NHS and professional guidance. Placeholder statements, draft resources and future services are not confirmed offers.
Enquiries, bookings and service agreements
An enquiry, newsletter subscription or discovery call does not create a clinical service contract or guarantee availability. Discovery calls are intended to discuss organisational needs. Scope, deliverables, staffing, governance, fees, payment, cancellation, termination and responsibilities are agreed in a separate written proposal and contract before services begin. Funding eligibility, including ARRS, must be confirmed by the commissioning organisation.
If you need to change a booking, use the booking provider’s rescheduling or cancellation options or contact us. Do not include patient-identifiable information in forms or booking notes. You must be authorised to share the business information you provide.
Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully and responsibly. Do not submit misleading, abusive or unlawful content, impersonate another person, introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with operation or scrape data in a way that breaches the law or others’ rights. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website or others.
Intellectual property and links
Unless stated otherwise, website content and branding belong to us or our licensors. You may view, print or download extracts for internal, non-commercial reference, keeping attribution and notices intact. Do not commercially reproduce, adapt or redistribute material without permission. Third-party materials remain subject to their own rights.
You may link to publicly available pages fairly and lawfully without implying endorsement or a relationship that does not exist. We may ask for misleading links to be removed. External links, Formspree, Calendly and WhatsApp are provided for convenience; their terms and privacy policies apply and we do not control their services.
Availability and liability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the website will be free of errors or security risks. We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of it. Take reasonable steps to protect your own systems.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that, this general-information website is not a promise of a particular clinical, financial or operational outcome. Liability for commissioned services is addressed in the relevant agreement. Any statutory consumer rights that apply are unaffected. These terms do not impose a blanket exclusion of legal responsibility.
Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Our Cookie Policy explains essential and optional technologies. Newsletter signup is optional and you can unsubscribe at any time. You can change optional cookie choices using Cookie settings in the footer.
Complaints, changes and governing law
Please raise website or service concerns with [BUSINESS CONTACT]. We will consider complaints fairly and discuss the appropriate next steps. We may update these terms and will revise the date; changes do not retrospectively change signed service agreements.
These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. For business disputes the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Where mandatory consumer law applies, nothing here removes the protections or court access available under that law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
