Accessibility statement

Last updated [DATE]

Our commitment

Prime Clinical Services Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number [COMPANY NUMBER], with its registered office at [REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS].

We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including disabled people and people using assistive technology. Our accessibility target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is a target, not a claim of verified conformance. We also aim to make reasonable adjustments where required by the Equality Act 2010.

Using this website

The site is designed to support keyboard navigation, labelled forms, clear headings and links, a skip-to-content link, readable text and visible focus states. Most content should remain usable when you zoom or view it on a smaller screen. These design intentions require testing and do not establish that every page or interaction meets the standard.

You can use your browser or operating system accessibility settings to change text size, magnification and other preferences. We aim to respect reduced-motion preferences; remaining motion behaviour will be checked during the accessibility review.

Compliance status and known limitations

An independent WCAG 2.2 AA audit has not been completed. The site’s conformance status is therefore not yet established. [ACCESSIBILITY AUDIT DATE], [TESTING METHODS] and [REMEDIATION PLAN] must be completed following a review.

Potential areas requiring assessment include contrast, keyboard focus, navigation menus, form error announcements, reflow at high zoom, animation and compatibility with screen readers. Embedded Calendly booking and third-party form services may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control. Future PDFs and downloaded resources will also need assessment. We will record confirmed barriers and planned fixes here rather than claim the site is fully accessible without evidence.

Reporting a problem or requesting an alternative

If you cannot access content, use a form or book a call, contact [ACCESSIBILITY CONTACT] or call 07401 222 771. Tell us the page or task, what went wrong and the format or adjustment you need. Share only information needed to explain the problem; do not send patient records or sensitive health information.

We will acknowledge requests within [ACCESSIBILITY RESPONSE PERIOD] and discuss a practical alternative, such as information in a different format or arranging a call. You do not have to describe a disability to report an issue. If our response does not resolve the problem, ask for it to be reviewed by [COMPLAINTS CONTACT]. Advice about rights under the Equality Act is available from the Equality Advisory and Support Service at equalityadvisoryservice.com.

Privacy when requesting help

We use accessibility feedback to respond to requests and improve the site, applying the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Please see our Privacy Policy for retention, rights and ICO complaint information. If a request includes information about a disability or health condition, we will assess the appropriate lawful basis and special-category condition and limit its use to what is necessary.

Preparation and review

This statement is an initial draft prepared on [DATE]. It must be updated after testing representative pages and tasks with keyboard navigation, common screen readers, zoom and mobile devices, supported by automated checks and user feedback. We aim to review accessibility when features change and at [REVIEW FREQUENCY]. We will publish confirmed findings and progress here.
