A pharmacist with extensive experience across hospital, commissioning and primary care, Omar has led QIPP prescribing programmes at CCG level and currently leads a prescribing pharmacist team managing a full repeat prescribing service. He has a special interest in diabetes and a track record of delivering efficiency savings at system level.
